Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharma company whose purpose is to innovate to Sr Manager of GtN Finance will provide financial support for US gross to net as part of Jazz's Business Finance team. This role will report to the Director, GtN Finance and will work closely with Revenue, Accounting, Commercial Finance and Market Access teams to lead the monthly and quarterly Gross to Net (GtN) close and forecast. This role will be involved with the quarterly and annual business reviews and various ad-hoc analytics to help Executive Management and Business Partners understand our quarterly performance. Essential Functions: o Lead the monthly and quarterly Gross to Net (GtN) close process, including managing rebate and chargebacks, commercial and government contracts, and other relevant GtN discounts. o Collaborate with the Revenue, Market Access, and Commercial Finance BU teams to generate meaningful insights of GtN and Market Access strategy impacts to the P&L. o Analyze, explain and meaningfully summarize gross to net forecast vs. actual variances for management reporting. o Partner with Accounting and the Market Access team to analyze and influence complex contract proposals that may have revenue recognition implications. o Monitor and develop insights from key business drivers on the payer mix. o The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, with the goal of developing their business acumen and strategic partnership abilities o Provide ad-hoc analyses and project support for the Market Access and Commercial leadership. o Develop new or enhance existing gross to net processes and reporting to meet the needs of Finance and Commercial leadership. o Enhance, implement, and/or perform close activities to SOx compliance o Collaborate with GtN forecasting for designated products bringing in insights from various business partners o Lead financial planning processes for designated areas of responsibility Required Skills and Abilities o Good interpersonal skills - someone who has the initiative to establish new relationships and collaborations; the willingness to speak up is highly valued o A curious, analytically focused mind with good attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture o Ability to quickly establish credibility with diverse audiences and be perceived as a reliable financial partner o The ideal candidate will be collaborative and team oriented. They should be seeking to develop their business partnering skills Good oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to feel comfortable presenting and partnering with senior management Required/Preferred Proficiencies o BA or BS degree and 5 years of experience in accounting or an analytical business field is required o Proficient with Microsoft Office product suite. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $128,000.00 - $192,000.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
