Hill International is seeking an Associate Specialist, Project Management Support in Pomona, California


  • Supports key activities or specific work streams of short term projects where the number of inter-dependencies and interconnections are minimal.
  • Assigned activities encompass a level of predictability, causality and structure.
  • Assists with coordinating activities, resources and ensures deliverables are tracked.
  • Accomplishes results through own efforts.
  • Gathers and provides information on project health to Project Manager.
  • Interacts with Project Manager and team members.
  • Acts as a technical resource.
  • Provides support in activities that assist in completion of project tasks.
  • Conducts analysis to support problem identification and solutions.
  • Documents and tracks project objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
  • Assists in conducting analysis and prepares presentations for use in communicating facts, practices, and policies to internal contacts and team members.
  • Assists, and in some cases, provides input to courses of action and decisions regarding establishing and changing project direction.
  • Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least two years of project support experience.
  • Project support, utility, or construction experience; or combination thereof.
  • Demonstrated intermediate-level experience using Microsoft Office suite, including spreadsheet and presentation software tools to develop deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with coordinating meetings, activities, resources and tracking deliverables.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
