Job Title: Intelligence Collection Manager (ICM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Collection Manager (ICM) to oversee and enhance our collection and production management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing doctrine, policy, and procedures while ensuring effective oversight and coordination at tactical, theater, and national levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of intelligence collection and production management.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to collection management.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders at tactical, theater, and national levels.

- Perform Intelligence Collection Management duties for routine, Special Access Program (SAP), and compartmented projects.

- Support operations and exercises across all intelligence disciplines.

- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing current intelligence-related automation and requirements-based applications, tools, and databases.

- Assist in the development of collection plans and establish priorities for collection efforts.

- Contribute to analytic efforts and product development.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of intelligence collection management processes.

- Proficiency in intelligence-related automation tools and databases.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with Special Access Programs (SAP) and compartmented projects is a plus.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 years of total intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the D9D or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
  • Shall serve as the subject matter expert and advise on aII aspects of collection management during routine, contingency, special access program, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collection management with a strong background and firsthand experience in collection management and/or intelligence reporting, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater, and national level coordination.
  • Excellent briefing and executive level writing skills.
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
