Taft is currently seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our team.

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support our team in the Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Denver, Indianapolis or Minneapolis office. All Taft employees operate under a "Client First" philosophy - in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the execution of the firm's strategic procurement plan
  • Maintain timely and accurate organization of firm-wide contracts utilizing contract lifecycle management software
  • Leading the process for moving from paper to electronic for all vendors
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
  • Assist with contract review and negotiation in alignment with in-house counsel
  • Assist in firm-wide travel program including research and reporting
  • Assist in commercial insurance compliance

  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic working environment


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree or prior indirect or service procurement experience required.
  • Previous experience with contract lifecycle management software preferred.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
