Advisor - Project Manager (Kennecott Utah Copper LLC, South Jordan, UT): Leading and coordinating all activities related to mining projects. Develop comprehensive project Mine Productivity Plans outlining key objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Strategic planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of mining operations. Oversee the allocation of resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution. Driving project success, meeting production targets, and upholding the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability. Monitor resource utilization and implement strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Execute productivity improvement plans using LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies for Haul Truck Effective Utilization, Shovel TPOH, Haul Truck TPOH, Cycle Time effectiveness in the form of seconds. Develop and write algorithms using Mining statistics to improve our Fleet Management systems accuracy. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including government agencies, local communities, and Mine project partners. Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Systems Engineering & Management or a related field, and 1 year of work experience in the mining, engineering or processing industry.
