Are you passionate about helping individuals and families achieve greater independence? Staffmark is hiring a Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator in Charleston, SC. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact through case management, community outreach, and connecting residents with vital support services.

Pay: $23-$25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Provide case management and guidance to participants in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program
  • Coordinate access to employment, education, and community services
  • Conduct outreach and maintain relationships with local service providers
  • Track and report participant progress toward self-sufficiency goals



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public housing, counseling, or social work (or equivalent combination)
  • Ability to obtain Fair Housing & Reasonable Accommodation Certifications within 1 year of hire
  • FSS Specialist Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
