Pay: $15/hr on 1st shift; $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, making $16/hr

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

As a Bindery Operator Helper, you'll assist in the production process by feeding books and signatures into machines, packing finished products, and safely moving materials. You'll follow daily work orders, help maintain quality standards, perform machine make-readies and changeovers efficiently, and keep the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, and procedure manuals
  • Basic math skills and use of measuring tools
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime or varying shifts as needed
  • Reliable attendance
  • Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to operate pallet mover and pallet wrap holder
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work all shifts
  • Hearing protection and safety toe shoes required
