The Enterprise Portfolio Management team members play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing enterprise-wide demand management and governance processes. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and drive value-driven decision-making across the organization. Team members in this organization specialize in leading, supporting, and facilitating governance forums, managing demand lifecycle processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to accelerate business outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Leadership and Oversight: Lead or support the enterprise portfolio management organization to oversee demand prioritization, governance activities, and strategic initiative execution.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to portfolio management standards, operating models, and tooling to enhance execution efficiency and accelerate value delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Demand Requestors/Initiative Owners, Enterprise Strategic Program Managers, Domain leads, Portfolio leads, Architecture teams, and Executive Leadership to facilitate value-based decision-making and ensure alignment of demand with strategic goals.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reporting and insights on portfolio performance, risks, and successes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance teams to oversee project costing, financial valuation, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze portfolio operations, identify improvement opportunities, and drive enhancements in portfolio management processes and practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Strong human relations and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of portfolio management processes, tooling, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong executive presence and experience working with leadership to influence `
  • Ability to lead transformational change programs and drive operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; certification in portfolio or program management is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

Enterprise Portfolio Management Principal

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Five to eight (5-8) years of experience in portfolio management or program management in a business environment, demonstrating leadership in managing large-scale, complex initiatives.

Enterprise Portfolio Management Advisor

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in portfolio management or program management in a business environment, with a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives.

Enterprise Portfolio Management Senior

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in portfolio management or program management in a business environment, with experience in managing medium to large-scale projects.

Enterprise Portfolio Management Analyst

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in portfolio management or project management in a business environment, supporting the execution and monitoring of portfolio initiatives.

Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
