Metra, one of the largest and most complex commuter rail systems in North America, is seeking a Director, Operations Compliance to lead the administration, cost control, and compliance management for its operating departments. Reporting directly to the Deputy Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer (DED/COO), this role is instrumental in driving fiscal responsibility and a high standard of ethical compliance across the organization. The final salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications. Those with 8 years or more of required experience can expect offers up to the midpoint of the salary range.
