Hours may vary to meet the needs of various shifts, including evenings, until 9pm
PAY: $55k+ depending on experience
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week, depending on business needs. (Work from home is in WI only at this time). In general, the timeframe to start a work from home rotation tends to be 3-6 months. Note that there will be situations when the associate may choose or be asked to return onsite, which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance.

As a talent acquisition specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our candidates and will be responsible for making that interaction a remarkable experience. This position will own the entire recruitment process including interviewing, assessing and selecting outstanding candidates, and forming relationships with community and business organizations.
Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Develop strong knowledge of 4imprint, its culture, benefits, products and services in order to sell the Company, the job and the career opportunity.
- Individually own full cycle of recruiting/interviewing, assessment, and selection process. Perform pre-employment activities including but not limited to screening resumes, conducting phone interviews to obtain all skill, education and salary expectations from candidates. Also, participate in formal interview process utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
- Continuously evaluate 4imprint's recruiting process, looking for ways to improve upon it as 4imprint continues to grow and new trends emerge within recruiting.
- Lead and participate in 4imprint employer branding efforts.
- Prepare and coordinate postings of job openings with internal and external sources to include our 4imprint intranet site, Viva Engage, internet, radio, billboard, job fairs, and other media.
- Work with hiring managers, perform job analysis, and compile the information needed to develop or update job descriptions.
- Develop strategies for meeting the recruiting needs of the organization and put policies and procedures in place that ensure the selection of the best candidates. This is to include reporting on the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts and make recommendations for changes to our current processes.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers on the suitability of candidates to the job, the team, and the company; and is accountable for improving employee retention through selection best practices.
- Work with marketing and creative departments to create job ads/promotional materials that will attract qualified candidates.
- Responsible for attending job fairs including booth set up, ordering giveaways, preparing information handouts for the fair and following up with candidates.
- Establish working relationships with key community and business organizations and universities to network with potential talent and help brand 4imprint as an employer of choice.
- Act as school liaison to help promote the 4imprint brand and potential job opportunities to local schools. This may include conducting presentations and attending various recruiting events.

- Evaluate and document the effectiveness of recruitment sources in attracting a sufficient number of high-quality applicants. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance outreach efforts and replace strategies that are underperforming.
- Work closely with human resources team and managers regarding internal candidates, transfers and promotions.
- Create and perform training sessions for management and associates.
- Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role, which may include participating in seminars and training classes.

Required education/experience:
- Associate's degree in related field.
- Applicants with equivalent, relevant experience will also be considered.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Proven ability to review and report on data and make recommendations where appropriate.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems a plus.
- Strong understanding of state and federal employment and labor law and government compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
