*Description*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Renewal Specialist to manage the renewal process for accreditation customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with Customers, Account Advisors, Customer Experience Managers to ensure timely renewals and maintain strong client relationships. *Manage and oversee the entire renewal process for customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals. *Communicate with clients regarding upcoming renewals, providing information and addressing any concerns. *Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and Account Advisors identify renewal opportunities and strategize approaches for client retention. *Monitor and track renewal dates, creating alerts and reports to ensure no contracts lapse. *Analyze renewal data and trends to develop insights and improve renewal strategies. *Maintain accurate records, documenting all interactions and updates related to renewals. *Skills* customer service, clerical support, administrative support, Microsoft office, sales support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *2+ years of experience in a customer service. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. *Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (Outlook and Excel) Personality/Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate with various teams and follow up without being "pushy" Willing to call providers as needed, professional in verbal and written communication Open to growth and helping create efficiencies in dept. Working with Account Advocates/sales so need to be able to adapt to different personalities *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
