The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for assisting in the execution of digital and traditional marketing efforts for Miller-Keystone Blood Center and HCSC. The anticipated annual salary starts at $41,500 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:



  • Support the overall planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events that align with the organization's brand and mission.
  • Assist in developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, SMS, podcasts, digital radio, and web updates.
  • Manage MKBC's social media platforms, including content creation, trend monitoring, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Maintain and update digital content, including the MKBC YouTube channel and podcast scheduling.
  • Create and support internal and external communications such as email marketing, promotional materials, and outreach content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate on growth initiatives, including print and digital assets such as brochures, signage, and ads.
  • Prepare marketing materials for donor and recruitment events, including PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support testimonial video production and manage donor promotion tracking.


What you will bring to the role:



  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing role are required.
  • Experience in Outlook, Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word), Adobe Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign), Word Press, and social media scheduling platform (similar to Hootsuite).
  • Skilled in designing marketing materials, managing the production of print and digital publications, and creating and editing videos used for media engagement.
  • Strong time-management skills, organizational and planning abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) to engage with community partners, vendors, and employees of all backgrounds.


Additional information:

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will be based out of Bethlehem office. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

This is an on-site position. The normal hours for this position are Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm (flexible).

Must hold a clear and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
