Position Summary

The Internal Audit Manager oversees the bank's Audit Program within a collaborative, co-sourced environment. They work closely with internal and external partners to plan and execute risk-based audits across all departments. Their role includes managing and supporting the audit team, reviewing audit documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial, operational, and regulatory standards. By providing independent evaluations, they help strengthen the bank's internal controls and drive operational integrity.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Three to five years audit experience, banking preferred, with at least two of managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is preferred.
• Considerable knowledge of accounting principles, practices, procedures and generally accepted auditing standards.
