Warehouse Team Leader Minimum qualifications: Ability to work safely- able to do basic Arithmetic. 1.At least 18 years' old 2.Physical ability and strength to perform assigned duties. 3.Competent operation of assigned equipment and/or machinery 4.Manual dexterity and coordination necessary to perform principal duties. 5.Able to speak, read, write as related to the job 6.Able to receive, understand and act on detailed instructions. 7.Manual performance of the following mathematical skills, as required: (a.) count (b) add (c) subtract (d) multiply, (e) divide. 8.Responsible for ensuring and maintaining a safe environment through compliance of all Company, Local, State and Federal mandates, or programs. Position Description: Conduct daily huddle meetings. Supervise and lead a team to work safely and stay on task for operation daily task. Perform daily yard checks and is responsible for trailer security. Set up trailers for incoming and outgoing drivers. Check Inter-Plant & Intra-Plant Product Report any discrepancies of product to producing bakeries. Load/Unload Trailers, Per-Dispatch/ End-Dispatch Note: The duties listed above are non-inclusive Special Skills Needed: Good verbal skills and communication are required. Create a continuous improvement environment by improving products, service, and processes with the objective of reducing waste within the region while striving for efficiency and profitability. >
