Inside the Role Responsible for Financial Reporting functions of legal entities within TN segment. Responsibilities include oversight of General Ledger Closing and related activities, execution of Financial Reporting process of DTNA group companies and TN segment, implementation and coordination of Sustainability Reporting, M&A accounting support, Tax and Treasury Accounting, managing External Auditor quarterly reviews and the annual audit, and maintaining adequate Internal Controls.This function maintains a close working relationship with Finance and Controlling organization and operational management to ensure that Financial Reporting department is on top of key business developments and special topics, specifically as they relate to maintaining complete and accurate financial statements. The role also ensures transparency and explanation of results to business partners at all times. Executive leadership, people development, and driving company wide and segment level financial reporting projects to completion are also key components of this position. The role also drives implementation of key projects, supports emerging topics, and facilitates transformation towards sustainability reporting.
