This will be a hybrid position of a minimum of 3 days in STAMFORD, CT. As a Product Manager you'll drive the evolution of cutting-edge digital experience products in a transformative environment! In this pivotal role, you'll harness customer insights, business objectives, and market trends to identify and champion groundbreaking features that elevate user experiences and propel our company forward. As the passionate advocate for our users and the business, you'll craft and communicate an inspiring product vision and roadmap, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed expectations. Responsibilities: -Complete intake on new features, identifying the value they add to the product. -Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs. -Work with partners and stakeholders to define high-level user stories and designs for handover to the delivery team once aligned to a sprint. -Align with consumer insights to conduct market research to identify user needs and industry trends that inform product development. -Understand current product performance by analyzing reports, customer feedback, and other insights to inform leadership on performance to plan. -Prepare for and participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up, quarterly planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives. -Ensure the Product Owner and delivery team are developing and implementing solutions that meet business and user needs. -Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and impediments faced by the delivery team. -Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. *Skills* stakeholder management, requirement management, requirements definition, Strategy, telecommunication, e-commerce, Product roadmap, User stories *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Stakeholder management *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
