About the Role


Impact you will make


As the Principal Product Marketing Business Partner, you will lead the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for a portfolio of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions. This multi-faceted, cross-functional role is pivotal in driving growth through differentiated storytelling, deep market insights, and innovative marketing programs. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, results-driven, and passionate about healthcare RCM. The position reports to the Vice President of Portfolio Marketing.



What you will do



  • Act as a primary advisor on product marketing / go-to-market initiatives, adding deep levels of industry market knowledge and specialization.
  • Lead product marketing strategyacross assigned solutions, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plansfor new product launches, enhancements, and initiatives.
  • Conduct market, win/loss and competitive research to gain a deep understanding of our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to compete against them.
  • Develop a keen understanding of buyer personas, buyer needs, industry influencers and decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Successteams to ensure alignment on value propositions and customer engagement strategies.
  • Create internal and external sales enablement materialsthat support the selling process, including pitch decks, buyer personas, battle cards, case studies, and ROI calculators.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to build and create effective lead generation, advertising and PR initiatives that support product marketing plans.
  • Monitor performance metricsand adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a product marketing manager role, with at least 3 years in healthcare or revenue cycle technology
  • Proven success in launching and scaling B2B SaaS or health tech products
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to conduct market, competitor and customer research to deliver business insight
  • Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
  • Excellent discovery, listening, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical thinking to measure and optimize program
  • High level of attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
