FinThrive's Customer Onboarding team delivers seamless, high-impact product implementations that elevate customer experience and optimize financial performance. Our innovative, end-to-end revenue management platform empowers healthcare financial teams with a comprehensive, technology-driven view across the revenue cycle.
As an Implementation Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor during product deployments-guiding customers through configuration, workflow optimization, system integration, and product activation. You'll lead fast-paced, high-volume implementation projects with precision, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence and client partnership.
What you will do
- Evaluate customer business processes and design high-impact solutions using FinThrive's technology platform
- Configure, document, and deploy system specifications tailored to customer goals and workflows
- Translate technical and business requirements into functional design documents
- Collaborate with customer technical teams to enable seamless data integration and custom reporting
- Lead system and user acceptance testing to ensure solution readiness and accuracy
- Troubleshoot configuration or deployment issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality, configuration, and deployment best practices
- Champion a consistent, positive customer experience-balancing technical execution with empathetic relationship management
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality implementations
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations with professionalism, transparency, and efficiency
- Set and manage customer expectations with clear communication and proactive planning
- Contribute to internal process enhancements that elevate delivery efficiency and customer success
- Oversee implementation documentation, customer data acquisition, and system readiness checkpoints
- Uphold a high standard of customer engagement through every phase of the implementation journey
What you will bring
- 3+ years of experience in the hospital revenue cycle, product implementation, or health IT
- Proven success managing client-facing technical projects in a high-volume delivery environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational capabilities
- Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
What we would like to see
- Extensive experience implementing or supporting complex SaaS solutions within the healthcare space
- Proven background in hospital revenue cycle operations or healthcare consulting, with the ability to bridge strategy and execution
- Demonstrated success working with leading EMR/EHR platforms
- Strong analytical skills and comfort navigating enterprise-level system integrations in a client-facing consulting capacity
