Description The job description we are looking for someone who is experience with SQL queries (writing/reading) and performing application/website support and working with external customers to troubleshoot their issues. Next, we are looking for someone to do JIRA testing (of software rollouts and enhancements), documentation (creating 'how-to-guides') and training the customers. Ideally the customer is looking for someone with great soft skills to communicate effectively with team members, colleagues in different departments and the customers. This is most likely someone who is mid-level in their career. One of TEKsystems' clients, an enterprise organization is looking for an IT (Supply Chain) Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting systems for logistics operations and supply chain optimization. The solutions involve diverse technologies such as cloud software, on-machine telematics hardware, consumable data analytics, A.I. models, and emerging technologies. The analyst will support various business lines, including scheduling and dispatching for different transport modes (ships, barges, rail, trucks) across the suite of operations. Key Responsibilities: * Documentation and Customer Service: Manage, develop, and author necessary documentation and maintain a document repository. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of processes and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and support. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
