This position can sit 100% remote with occasional travel onsite. Ideally, candidates will reside in Florida but candidates outside of Florida will be considered Only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered (Epic HB Resolute Certified, General Ledger Build, at least 3 years of hands on build experience with Epic HB Billing module) Description The Application Analyst - Epic Resolute HB/PB G/L & Financial Analyst Position Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited To: Responsible for the build, support, testing, and implementation of billing data in Epic used for financial reporting (revenue/charge capture and statistical productivity), including Epic General Ledger Build, Cost Center Assignment, etc. Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology. Serve as both a subject matter expert & liaison to Lee Health Information Systems, and the departments that use data in Epic used for financial reporting. Facilitate advanced-level discussion(s) between revenue cycle, financial, clinical healthcare operations (both ambulatory and acute), and Information Systems. Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology, as it relates to Epic financial data. Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades and project go lives, as it relates to Epic financial data. Utilize advanced application & analytic skills to design, build and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Responsible for other non-Epic Financial platforms & systems as assigned (in a liaison capacity). Additional Experience Requirements: Epic HB Resolute Certification Required. Must have strong experience with General Ledger build 3-5 years of Epic Resolute HB build, support, & implementation experience. Solid understanding of Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, especially as it relates to transaction-based data (charges, payments, & adjustments). Solid understanding of Epic batch scheduler, Epic data extract and reporting tools, including Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicer. Solid understanding of basic file formats for the purpose of integrating data from Epic to other platforms. Solid understanding of Epic Facility Build Structure, Cost Center Assignment, and General Ledger build. Solid understanding of healthcare financial & revenue cycle concepts, including debit/credit logic, general ledger, etc. Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Advanced understanding of MS Excel and Visio.
