Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our Protime Clinic, specializing in outpatient anticoagulation management. This role combines direct patient care with clinic oversight and staff management. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the Protime Clinic and outpatient anticoagulation services Providing adminstrative oversight to hypertension and diabetes clinic as needed Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and safety goals Collaborate with Pharmacy, Infection Control, and Laboratory leaders to uphold clinical standards Support resource planning, budget oversight, and process improvements Provide leadership, staff development, and performance evaluations Participate in clinical care as needed and lead quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. Licensure/Certification: Registered pharmacist with current Oklahoma state licensure. Current BLS certification required at time of hire. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year continuous clinical experience in a hospital or clinic care setting, with one (1) year of recent management experience preferred.
