- Real Estate Loan Processor 2: Starting at $45,700
- Real Estate Loan Processor 3: Starting at $51,400
Role Assist members with real estate loan applications; loan processing/closings and loan disbursements Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Reviews residential loan application files to verify that application data is complete and meets credit union standards, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment; recommends that loans not meeting standards be denied
- Prepares closing documents and/or loan modification documents for new and existing loans
- Develops and implements Real Estate projects and/or procedures in conjunction with the Real Estate Operations Supervisor
- Prepares loan application forms; submits mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval
- Calls specified companies to obtain property abstract, survey, and appraisal; informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey
- Records data on status of loans, including number of new applications and loans approved, canceled, or denied
- Assists with periodic RE Operations projects such as homeowners insurance follow up, property tax payments, construction draws and escrow analysis
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED Required
Experience
- 1 - 3 years of similar or related experience
- Minimum of 2 years Real Estate loan processing/closing knowledge
