From your PASSION to ours

Lactalis U.S. Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Sales Operations Assistant based at our Londonderry, NH sales & marketing warehouse, with occasional need to be at our Bedford, NH corporate offices.

An integrated member of the Headquarter Sales Strategy team responsible for supporting efforts to WIN in market by enabling a "Best-In-Class" process and go-to-market sales tools. Own and manage the distribution of Sales Tools required for successful customer sell-in. Positions the Field Sales team for success by assisting with the sell-in process, including planning and execution of sales materials and related support and logistics. This position is 100% on-site and not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Field Sales liaison that champions and communicates the Go-to-Market needs in this quickly evolving channel.
  • Manage and oversee flawless execution of the Sales Samples & Mock-ups process, including:
  • Development and maintenance of the order forms to ensure correct innovation and disco SKUs are reflected.
  • Regular interfacing with the field sales team to ensure accurate and timely tracking.
  • Coordination of bi-annual mock-up planning, ensuring most cost-efficient approach (accurate quantities, timing, vendor), timely delivery of assets and partnering with the Industrial team to deliver 'empties' of existing SKUs from the plant.
  • Weekly management and fulfillment/shipment of Sales Samples orders
  • Manage and oversee the Sales Swag order and fulfillment process, as well as coordinating Sales Tradeshow gear and materials.
  • Maintenance and supervision of the SWAG ordering portal and inventory tracking; weekly communication with portal vendor
  • Weekly management and fulfillment/shipment of SWAG orders; responsible for managing the corresponding SWAG budget.
  • Assisting with coordination of sales events, inclusive of ordering swag and sample product, ordering and delivering lunch, coordinating shuttles to deliver product to events, setting up meeting spaces, etc.
  • Coordinate Tradeshow gear needs with Sales team members and outside vendors to ensure any necessary gear is available at all times as needed for Sales shows and events. Ships show gear as needed and receive it back at warehouse when no longer needed, clean and restock it into inventory.
  • Manage the Sales Samples and Materials inventory in the warehouse.
  • Lead the development, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution of Sales Materials including: point of sales, literature, promo items.
  • Oversee associated line(s) in Sales OH budget.
  • Key member of the planning team that coordinates 5+ annual planning meetings (such as National Sales Meeting, Topline Summits, Sales Planning meetings); responsibilities could include:
  • Development of budget, logistics and communication
  • Identification of locations & vendors and management of contracts & payments
  • Lead the development and management the bi-annual Sales Key Dates and Sell-In Timeline
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
