Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our Professional Education (ProEd) segment, with a focus on generating demand and meeting 2025-2027 growth targets. This role leads the Ambition to Action (A2A) strategy and Programmatic Marketing efforts, translating market insights into impactful campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include developing value propositions, overseeing events, enabling sales, and building a strong marketing database. Success requires a blend of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and team leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Market Strategy & Planning

  • Develops
    multi-year marketing and brand strategies, including positioning and
    value propositions.
  • Builds annual segment plans that identify
    growth opportunities and market challenges.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create and
    present marketing tools, plans, and collateral.
  • Ensures alignment of marketing activities with
    strategic goals through measurement and tracking.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Leads
    market and customer research to identify needs, segment trends, and
    innovation opportunities.
  • Gathers insights through internal
    collaboration (sales, analytics, etc.), external sources, customer
    visits, and industry reviews.
  • Builds thought leadership through advisory
    boards, KOL engagement, and strategic partnerships.

Target Identification & Business Case Development

  • Identifies
    and prioritizes specific ProEd market targets using size, profitability,
    and potential.
  • Builds financial projections and business
    cases for targeted programs and offerings.
  • Conducts in-depth analyses of customer
    business models, market conditions, and competition.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Conducts SWOT and performance assessments to
    evaluate product and segment effectiveness.
  • Tracks KPIs and marketing initiative outcomes,
    reporting insights and variances to senior leadership.
  • Supports annual business planning by aligning
    strategies with performance data and market outlook.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Maintains
    deep industry knowledge through active participation in professional
    associations and review of relevant publications.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on ProEd
    market needs, ensuring relevance and impact of marketing efforts.

Requirements:

This role demands a strategic yet
hands-on marketing leader with deep domain knowledge, analytical expertise, and
strong interpersonal and executional capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the Professional Education (ProEd) segment
  • Clinical or ProEd education background is a plus
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce.com preferred
  • Proven track record in executing strategic and tactical marketing campaigns
  • Strong skills in segmentation, strategy development, and go-to-market execution
  • Experience managing revenue targets with strong analytical rigor
  • Excellent collaboration skills within matrixed organizations
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible work hours, with a potential 4-day work week
  • Up to 25% travel required
  • Ability to lift demo products, stand for events, and assemble product displays

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000, eligible for 12% annual bonus
