*RTE needed- onsite 3 days week uptown. Steady work history needed, in person interview required. Candidates should be local to CLT. W2 only* This role facilitates and guides multiple agile teams and key stakeholders across major projects from inception to the delivery of the solution, involving teams from multiple trains internal to CSOT as well as external organizations and vendors. Must understand the subject matter very well and know who is responsible for what to ask pointed questions. Identifies risk/dependencies and quantifies the impact it has on the business/technology and what controls are to be used to resolve. Provides visibility into delivery plans and tracks progress, while promoting agile principles and mindset through coaching. Providing full transparency means building the necessary Jira and Confluence dashboards to provide a clear view of the current status of the project and outlining the plan with the relevant milestones.
