The Sr. Manager of Sales is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue and attain quota. The scope of this job includes managing client opportunities and enhancing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of account executives that drive revenue and attain quota by assessing market potential and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales effectiveness, methods, and costs, and make adjustments to optimize performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work with other members of the team on companywide strategic priorities.
  • Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategies.
  • Build, develop, and manage sales teams capable of carrying out strategies and tactical plans.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant management work experience
  • Long-term care healthcare knowledge

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
