Hours & Pay

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (must be flexible to meet operational needs)

Pay Rate: $27-$35 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support the daily operations of a dynamic plastics production facility by ensuring all machinery and systems are running efficiently. You'll troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and support preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Daily Tasks Include:



  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
  • Operate shop tools: welders, torches, saws, grinders, and more
  • Execute planned maintenance to ensure machine reliability
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical documents
  • Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and inventory
  • Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Operate forklifts and aerial lifts as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
  • Maintain thorough maintenance records and documentation

What You Bring to the Table



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable reading blueprints and schematics
  • Proficient with MS Office and maintenance software
  • Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, 3-phase motors, and low voltage controls
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-12 hours per shift
  • Certification in a technical trade or craft is a plus
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Experience in plastics processing is a bonus
