We are looking for a Manager Financial Analytics in Richmond, Virginia or Virginia Beach, Virginia, to join our team!

Key Results Areas:

  • Manage the entering of new vendor costs and scheduled O/I's for assigned accounts
  • Manages all input for distributor drayage files to ensure accurate payments
  • Manage setup of pricing from base to sell to retailer pricing for new and existing clients, as well as any RFP (request for proposal) and RFI (request for information) pricing initiatives
  • Manage the download of all distributor delivery tickets to include rollups & DSD invoices
  • Process assigned Eurpac trade accounts for payment
  • Approve payment of retail services trade backup information for Accounts Payable department
  • Resource to Business Managers and Marketing Assistants with regards to vendor trade funds management systems
  • Manage all aspects of regional pricing files to DeCA to include 2 pricing transmissions monthly
  • Manage the price proofing process for all military pricing
  • Process all manual distributor invoices to include freight, dead stock, returns
  • Manage all exchange store salvage issues
  • Resolve distributor pricing issues on drayage tickets
  • Assist Marketing Services Manager in coupon distribution needs, accounting invoicing and redemption reporting
  • Manage EDI pricing to DeCA for all assigned products bi-monthly
  • Manage internal military price file for all price zones & products
  • Manage Hormel pricing file
  • Manage Hormel fresh pork pricing file

Scope/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Contact to distributors regarding any issues with pricing and shortpays as needed for resolution
  • Authorize all salvage and returns for distributors/vendors, manage all client and retailer salvage allowances and provide related information to A/P team
  • Interdepartment involvement and oversight in conjunction with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Marketing, Field Services and Client Services departments
  • Manage all EDI pricing to DeCA
  • Various other tasks as may be assigned by senior management

Preferred Experience:

5 years experience, BS or MS in Accounting or Finance
