The Director, Treasury is responsible for overseeing the company's treasury operations including cash management and forecasting; liquidity and debt management; risk mitigation and related financial systems' alignment. This role is essential in supporting banking relationships and cash flow strategies; managing debt compliance; and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. The Director will collaborate with internal and external partners to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage treasury operations incl. cash management, debt compliance and bank administration.
  • Oversee cash and liquidity forecasting while optimizing cash resource utilization.
  • Adopt and maintain effective cash flow strategies to enrich the company's financial position.
  • Establish and maintain sound relationships with banks, creditors and other financial institutions.
  • Administer financing agreements including asset-backed securitization and debt facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with debt covenants and similar lender requirements.
  • Facilitate treasury reporting for senior management and board of directors' presentations.
  • Collaborate with accounting, tax, and legal teams to align treasury operations with broader financial activities and reporting.
  • Manage financial system configurations and allocations setup for treasury and accounting teams
  • Support strategic initiatives incl. process improvements and cross-functional systems projects
  • Implement and maintain sound treasury practices, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal controls, company policies, external regulations and standards as related to treasury and financial risk.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • CPA, CTP, CFA or similar professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years in accounting or treasury roles, including leadership experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of cash management, risk mitigation, treasury and accounting operations. Experience with debt management and covenant compliance is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of financial & treasury management systems; PeopleSoft or large ERP experience is highly preferred.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic mindset with attention to detail and operational execution.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $91,766 - $138,960
