The Talent Management Analyst II supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Cox Automotive talent strategies. This role partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Management leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, facilitate talent processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The Analyst II level reflects a growing subject matter expert who can independently manage projects and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with Talent Management and HRBP teams to implement and sustain core talent processes including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
  • Analyze talent data (e.g., HiPo identification, readiness metrics, engagement scores) to generate insights and recommendations for business leaders.
  • Contributes to the development and execution of talent calibration sessions and leadership development planning.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and tools that track talent pipeline health and organizational capability.
  • Collaborate on the design and delivery of talent programs and resources, including onboarding, coaching, and team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the talent review process into a continuous, future-focused dialogue.
  • Provide project management support for enterprise talent initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Conducts research on talent topics to inform team of best practices, case studies, new information to enhance Cox Automotive' s talent processes and programs.
  • Maintains informational resources related to talent programs, ensuring they are updated and disseminated to workforce accordingly
  • Educates and trains HRBPs on Talent Management systems, tools, processes, programs and procedures
  • Maintains and manages vendor relationships, research and identify vendors when necessary
  • Develops and conducts informational and educational webinars and other training activities as needed during rollout and implementation of talent programs, driving change management as necessary


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field and 2 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Analytics. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, etc), PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
  • Experience in Learning and Development or Talent Management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with analytical data and creating dashboards.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset with a passion for talent development and organizational effectiveness.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Facilitation experience preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide talent reviews or succession planning.
  • Familiarity with talent segmentation models (e.g., HiPo, General Athlete).
  • Exposure to change management and leadership development frameworks.


USD 65,500.00 - 98,300.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
