W2 ONLY - MUST BE LOCAL TO PHILADELPHIA, PA - HYBRID SCHEDULE REQUIRING 3-DAYS ON-SITE EACH WEEK Description This role is going to crucial in helping our client move from their legacy system into Lightning. They had an admin that they brought on but was not up to par with what they needed. Looking for this resource to come in and be the SME for all things Salesforce related. There are no other Salesforce resources so this person needs to be comfortable with being the sole Salesforce resource. This is going to be a admin/developer with a primary focus on front-end technology. Admin Skills: General Admin responsibilities (page layouts, profiles, page layouts, permission sets, etc.) Developer Skills: JavaScript, SOQL, AJAX - VisualForce & LWC is a "nice to have" but this would be extremely beneficial as they move to Lightning. Current integrations within Salesforce with internal & external applications * Core Sales & Service Cloud * Experience migrating from Legacy system to Lightning would be beneficial * Confidence & experience around mentoring/coaching Jr resources * Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience Soft Skills: * Eagerness to learn / Self-Starter Mentality * Communication / Personality * They do not want a seasoned resource to come in and be set in their ways. They are an "out of the box" shop; they do things that are not necessarily standard to ensure they are meeting the needs of their users. * Attention to Detail Hybrid: * 3-days a week on-site in Philadelphia. They are usually on-site Tues-Thurs but can be flexible on this. There is room to budge on this piece, no remote opportunity. Other: * Client gets very busy towards the end of the month. There may be times that they need to work past core business hours. * Initially slating this for a 6-month contract but would like this resource for the long term * Similar industry experience is a nice to have but not a requirement Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41.86 - $69.77/hr.
