Skills and Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication Work effectively with other members of the testing track and change leadership team. Partner with technical experts to understand system functionalities in-depth, ensuring that test cases and scripts align with system capabilities and limitations. Engage with key stakeholders to gather input and ensure their needs are met. Testing Development + Support Create a comprehensive test strategy outlining the approach, objectives, scope, test levels, techniques, and resources required. Prepare detailed test plans that include test objectives, schedules, deliverables, test environment setup, and resource allocation. Ensure that all testing activities comply with relevant standards and regulations. Ensure the quality and consistency of test cases, scripts, and data. Testing Management & Documentation Assign tasks, set priorities, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to team members. Monitor the execution of test cases, address issues promptly, and provide regular updates to clients and management. Maintain detailed records of testing sessions and participant feedback. Document testing processes, results, and any issues encountered. Consolidate findings, prepare comprehensive test reports, and highlight defects and their severity. Manage defects using a tracking system and liaise with developers for prompt resolution. Testing Evaluation and Improvement Establish a feedback mechanism with participants to gather insights on test case/script effectiveness and identify areas for improvement during and after testing sessions. Assess the effectiveness of the testing process and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Testing Risk Management Identify potential risks related to and testing activities. Develop mitigation strategies to address these risks. Testing Integration with Training and Implementation Milestones Coordinate testing schedule with key implementation milestones, ensuring that testing is aligned with the deployment schedule and system readiness. Support training team by providing feedback on content to ensuring user testing readiness. Day to day- they have a test track lead- they are developing the full testing plan but could use some support on this and some support on developing test cases and test scripts for the program. Automated testing tools? - they are Qtest and Tricentis automated tool Q test and manual Applications and workflows we are testing - AUD design tool and utility network, ssp productivity, Maximo- these are the applications that they will be working in to develop test cases and test scripts. *Top Skills* Automation, qtest, test scripts, tosca, tricentis, Test automation, manual testing *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
