Job Title: Content Migration Specialist

Location: Westlake, TX

Duration: 06 Months w/possible extension

The Marketing Technology team is looking for a MarTech Configuration and Content Migration Specialist to assist in the migration and implementation of various Marketing Technology Systems. In this role, you will work with business partners to understand their website content needs then translate those needs into creative and innovative solutions.

The Team

The Marketing Technology team focuses on designing and implementing capabilities and experiences that bring customer strategies to life. Technically creative and nimble, this team is known for creating innovative user-friendly solutions based on complex business requirements from business stakeholders across the organization.

The Expertise You Have

• 3+ years using Website Content Creation tools, Salesforce, Seismic, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Marketing Automation and content management tools
• Website configuration, design, and development
• Ability to work comfortably in Agile methodology
• Understanding of industry best practices related to digital customer experiences, accessibility, UXD, and web design

• Consulting with internal business partners to create content and digital experiences that move the ball forward
• Increase business partner understanding of marketing strategies, platform capabilities and new technologies that may benefit business strategies
• Driving better customer experiences through agile working teams
• Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the process and the business and facilitate an enjoyable experience using various forms of digital and web media. UX designer is also required to have a functional understanding of coding and transfer the brand's strengths and personality seamlessly throughout the interface of a product.
• Will have strong experience with design programs like Adobe and will have general coding knowledge with HTML, CSS, and other coding languages
