Join our partnership with a reputable company located in Springdale, AR. Their success is rooted in their dedicated team members who bring passion and excellence. We are seeking a Store Manager with great sales experience, management experience, and computer skills to join their diverse team.

Schedule: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday (will have 1 weekday and Sunday off each week)

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee inventory receiving, processing, and management while maintaining store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Drive sales and customer satisfaction by training, motivating, and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and addressing any staff or customer issues.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and services, conduct performance appraisals, propose ideas to boost market share, and perform additional store management duties as needed.




Qualifications:



  • Must have previous retail management experience
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75lbs frequently and help move and load appliances like refrigerators , etc.
