Our company's measurable growth is in no small part due to our team members in North Carolina, Arkansas, Illinois, and Missouri, who each have a seat at the table to contribute to our success RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleans any snow, ice, debris, etc. from around or on the blast cell units, performs minor mechanical duties, ensures that heat tapes and fans are working properly, and reports all findings to Storage and Refrigeration Managers. Assists in Storage duties as requested, plans weekly Preventive Maintenance (PM's) on all blast cell units. QUALIFICATIONS: * Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds * Have excellent attendance, work and safety record * Able to interact with all levels of management * Able to work with limited Supervision * Have knowledge of workplace safety rules * Able to work at heights up to 50 feet * Must complete Fall Protection Training, Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) training and retain a valid LOTO permit, Powered Industrial PIT Training, and retain a valid PIT lincense * Ability wo work in a -5 degree environment continuously * Basic English, Reading comprehension, Writing, and Math Skills (Preferred) We embrace equal opportunity employment.
