Publication Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering a wide range of editorial and publications-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and is keen to contribute to the success of scientific communications. You'll play a vital role in project coordination, communication, and quality assurance, helping to maintain our high standards across client-facing and internal work.

A Day in the Life

As a Publications Coordinator, you'll support our team in keeping projects on track and running smoothly. Your typical day might involve:

  • Setting up and maintaining both internal and client databases
  • Tracking projects to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance
  • Coordinating review processes and ensuring procedural adherence
  • Communicating professionally with authors and clients
  • Researching information related to congresses, journals, and publications
  • Submitting materials through various online platforms
  • Liaising with journal editors and congress secretariats
  • Scheduling meetings via teleconference or WebEx
  • Assisting senior team members with large or multi-part projects
  • Providing general administrative support across accounts

Salary
US$54,000 - US$63,000 annually
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
