What to Expect
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrode Engineering Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Electrode Engineering Program Manager, you will oversee the development, design, and implementation of dry battery electrode engineering projects, ensuring success throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept to production.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage electrode engineering programs, ensuring effective planning, execution, and control of all project activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, goals, and objectives for dry battery electrode engineering projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify resource needs, allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure successful project execution and delivery
  • Develop and manage department and project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, deliverables, or quality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster effective communication, alignment, and collaboration
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for electrode engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Gather strategic information to make data-driven decisions and identify creative solutions to key program challenges
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, project documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders

What You'll Bring
  • Degree or relevant experience in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrode engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering programs
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of dry battery electrode engineering principles
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements

    Expected Compensation
    $83,600 - $142,500/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
