Summary Screens and handles routine matters for the Office of Vice President; performs administrative duties such as drafting, editing, and typing complex reports, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate office protocol and organisation, as well as competently executing or delegating the day-to-day administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant for the Office of the Vice President will also be supporting the Director of Operations and will be a part of an Executive Assistant network to manage the schedules and daily administrative tasks for executive leadership and board members. Education: Requires two years of college-level coursework, technical business school or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Work Experience: Three to five years of related experience. Salary Range: $22.00/hour - $36.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
