Position Location: 4 Irving Place

100% in-office

Intended length of assignment: 6 month contract, to be extended based on performance

Reason for open position: 2026 Enrollment, additional needs

Pay: $34.62

Roles and responsibilities:

The Client is seeking proactive and motivated individuals to help drive enrollment in the PowerReady Program, a key initiative supporting the growth of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in NYC and Westchester. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for conducting outreach and onboarding EV developers, contractors and installers. Expanding contractor network is crucial for accelerating project submissions, and increasing the programs impact. Your efforts will contribute to advancing clean energy goals and fostering a diverse portfolio of EV charging projects. The Sales Advisor will be accountable for achieving and tracking goals set by the Team Lead and/or Program Manager. They will also work with the Sales Team in attending industry events and supporting various outreach initiatives.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Identify new EV developers, contractors, installers and enroll them as participating contractors for E-Mobility program.
  • Achieve and maintain team and individual performance metrics while enabling an excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and accountable approach to work and ensuring reliability in all interactions with customers and team members.
  • Apply a high level of program knowledge and utilize collateral tools to explain program benefits and process.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback on the depth and quality of customer engagement and effectiveness of marketing collateral within the scope of the business objective.
  • Ensure consistent upkeep of designated E-Mobility merchandise displays.
  • Abide by all safety rules and regulations.


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for hours at a time and with occasional lifting required as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities.

Working Conditions:



  • Working onsite at assigned location(s) or event(s) within the Service Area
  • Position requires commuting to and from NYC (5 boroughs) and Westchester.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of evenings and weekends. Expected 40 hours/week.
  • Drivers' License Required. Must have reliable vehicle


Must have technical or professional skills:



  • 1-3 years sales or prior customer-facing experience preferred, or other applicable work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Technology adept


Flex skills:



  • Access to a dedicated vehicle preferred
  • Phone Sales experience


Education or certification requirements:



  • High School Diploma


Interview Process: 3 step interview, Direct HMs, then Section Manager, then Department Manager.
