- Innovative Outreach: We're launching a program to offer free sales training to other local service companies to grow our referral network and you'll lead that outreach. You'll own the strategy, promotion, and recruiting (with a $3K/event budget).
What You'll Do
- Own all lead-generation channels: FB Ads, PPC, LSA, SEO, community events, referral campaigns, and more
- Optimize performance weekly across platforms like Google Analytics, CRM, YouTube, Meta, and lead aggregators
- Track and report key metrics: cost per booked appointment, lead-to-sale conversion, ROAS
- Manage vendors and keep all marketing partners accountable to performance and deadlines
- Build and promote community referral and training events
- Organize our marketing media, ensure content is on-brand and on-strategy, and support a fast-moving team
- Keep our Founder out of marketing by owning the function top to bottom
