Overview Gilbane is seeking a Senior Recruiter with deep expertise in real estate development talent acquisition to lead strategic recruiting efforts for our Development company. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a consultative, fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of sourcing top-tier talent in land acquisition, finance, construction, design, and property management. We're looking for someone to play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce behind transformative development projects with an ability to identify and engage talent in specialized areas like P3, capital markets, and asset management to directly impact Gilbane Development Company's growth and innovation. Responsibilities
Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * Knowledge of recruiting principles and best practices, with the drive to own the full recruiting process from start to finish. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. The pay ranges from $101,200.00 - $160,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
