Description Our client is a not-for-profit farm organization whose goal is to be a voice for farmers and rural people across the state of NC. They have many different offerings ranging from various insurance services to serving as a legislative advocate for their members at the local, state, national and international levels. The primary responsibility of the position will be to act as the tier 3 escalation point for the help desk team. The typical incidents they will see are a lot of time troubleshooting Windows operating system, reinstalling a driver on printer, PC software not working, they have a lot of security software too they may work on from time to time. They also image and set up new laptops and devices to go to shipping and be sent out to the field techs and the surrounding offices. They will do a lot of software troubleshooting, imaging, and hands on hardware repair. This role will be onsite Monday to Friday 8-5pm. 6 month contract to hire, $50-60k hire on salary. Skills Ticketing system, Desktop, Hardware, Imaging, Install, Windows 7, Customer service, Troubleshooting, ServiceNow, support Additional Skills & Qualifications Successful candidates will be very attention to detail oriented and have great organization skills. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
