Now Hiring for an Inside Sales Assistant with a manufacturing company in Richland, MI!! This position is fully onsite and a contract assignment through the end of the year!! Description Support within the inside sales group to help with the following: - generate purchase orders - follow up on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction - communicating back and fourth with the customers, via email or phone as needed - creating zip files of drawings - quote parts or projects - follow up and resolve any issues - follow up with production and shipping to make sure all orders are processed in a timely manner MUST HAVES: - at least 2 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally within sales, planning or purchasing - Excel Experience - MUST - intermediate level, ability to do pivot tables and v-lookups Shift Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
