Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator (3-6 months) works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to assist in events, college recruiting, social media postings, logistics, reporting, support, expenses and scheduling. This position will be viewed as an ambassador for the company when communicating with candidates and potential new team members to ensure the best possible candidate experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills will be key. As a growing organization, selected candidate will have the ability to flourish with the team and take on expanded responsibilities.
Responsibilities:


  • Create content for posts on social media to build following and raise brand awareness
  • Schedule interviews and travel arrangements as needed
  • Troubleshoot scheduling fire drills to resolve issues smoothly and quickly
  • Solve inquiries from candidates, employees, and hiring managers in a timely manner
  • Coordinate employee referral program process
  • Process expenses accurately and in a timely manner
  • Run reports as needed in Applicant Tracking System, understand the data
  • Assists with University new graduate, internship and alumni recruiting programs
  • Manages the logistics of all events - job fairs, conferences, virtual events, networking events
  • Research and recommend associations and organizations for target audiences, pipeline building, networking events
  • Build relationships across the business to elevate our brand and ease our ability to get things done
  • Create Powerpoint presentations, analytics, utilize graphs
  • Track budget and deadlines
  • Administrative support for TA team as needed
  • Some travel may be required for events
  • Other duties as assigned



Ideal Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing or similar business field is ideal or 5+ years in a similar position in lieu of a degree
  • Minimally 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-performance environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Social Media savvy,
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM's
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to write content that attracts target audience
  • Team player with high EQ, not easily frazzled
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy and ability to prioritize
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • Technical aptitude
