QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator for our Experience Center at our Corporate Headquarters in Brookfield, WI. This position provides support to Branch offices, HQ, Candidates, Internal Employees, and Customers. This role also helps to train and manage Electronic Communications efforts. What You'll Be Doing: *Assists recruiting staff with the screening and placement process (employment verifications, reference checks, online applicant screening, criminal background checks, education verification, etc.) *Assists managers by rolling out daily projects and leading department employees through tasks to complete all necessary projects
*Answers, screens, and directs incoming phone calls and electronic communications from external employees, clients, and internal offices
*Takes inbound/makes outbound phone calls related to the screening and status of candidates and external employees
*Assists in projects such as translations, database clean-up, and process testing
*Performs basic phone screens and interviews with external employee applicants
*Conducts safety phone calls with candidates
*Serves as a back up to coworkers to conduct sensitive phone calls (confirmation calls, follow-up calls, cancellation calls, checking voicemails, and any other last-minute branch/customer requests)
*Participates in the training and development of new department employees as well as internal QPS employees
*Manages mass text messaging and email blast events
*Other duties as assigned (Shared Services)
