Schedule: Onsite 2 days per week plus time required for collaborative meetings, trainings, etc. at management discretion.

Location: Loan Service Center, 601 W 1st Ave Spokane, WA 99201

Essential Functions:

This position is responsible for providing oversight and guidance to the commercial production team. This will be for commercial, small business banking and SBA. The Assistant Manager will serve as an operational point of contact, collaborating to implement effective and compliant lending processes. Incumbent is responsible for establishing an environment that fosters team building and promotes employee recognition, development and growth. Relied upon by management to provide expert and detailed knowledge of collateral in order to handle the most complex process and service issues independently.

Requirements



  • Oversees a team responsible for loan servicing associated with commercial, small business banking and SBA in relation to document preparation, loan boarding and collateral perfection.
  • Experience with LaserPro software, Continuous Improvement and compliance requirements related to flood insurance highly preferred.
  • In conjunction with the Lending Operations Management Team, develops, implements, and maintains processes for department activities to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, bank policy, internal and external auditors and investors.
  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills, strategic thinking and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the bank, serving on project teams associated with lending.
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience leading a team, in a supervisory or management capacity in loan operations/servicing or similar administrative role.


Pay Range: $65,979 - $98,969 annually

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is eligible to participate in an applicable annual bonus plan.
