Front Desk Coordinator - Women's Services Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM EST We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our Women's Services clinic. This role is primarily responsible for patient registration and appointment scheduling, including coordinating surgical procedures. While extensive surgical scheduling experience is not required, familiarity with the Department of Surgery and general surgical scheduling is preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist patients at the front desk in a welcoming and professional manner. * Perform patient registration and schedule appointments using EPIC. * Coordinate surgery scheduling with clinical teams; prior experience in surgical scheduling is helpful but not mandatory. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate scheduling. * Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in patient records and communications. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience using EPIC for patient registration and scheduling. * Background in Women's Services is a plus. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
