New Construction Services Coordinator Location: OKC, OK
Department: New Construction Services Experience Level: Intermediate Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and project coordination? Join our team as a New Construction Services Coordinator, where you'll be the central point of contact for initiating service on new construction accounts and ensuring smooth communication between customers, field personnel, and internal departments. What You'll Do: * Serve as the first point of contact for new construction service requests in our service territory. * Coordinate with Project Leaders, Schedulers, and Field Personnel to initiate, maintain, or correct customer records. * Monitor project progress from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient service activation. * Maintain and coordinate service area inspections and act as a liaison with city/county electrical inspectors. * Audit orders for process compliance and accuracy. * Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding job and inspection status. * Support dual-skilled functions in the NCR department and assist with dispatching and ticket analysis using CADS. Top Skills You Bring: * Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently while following standardized procedures. * Experience coordinating across multiple departments and managing service-related documentation. * Familiarity with dispatching systems and ticket analysis (CADS knowledge preferred). Nice to Have: * Experience in utility services or construction coordination. * Knowledge of inspection processes and regulatory requirements. * Dual-skilled experience in NCR department (6+ months preferred).
