Associate - GIB sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for clients incl. large & mid-cap corporate clients in the Industrials industry as well as private equity portfolio companies. M&A transactions include buy & sell-side M&A transactions in both domestic & cross-border transactions. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Bach. or equiv. & 2 yrs exp. in: Conducting global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions in the Industrials sector; Executing & advising on various M&A transactions, initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible debt offerings, spin offs, recapitalizations, & private placements. 5% domestic travel required, as necessary.
