Job Description

As a Manager on the Visa Crypto Product Team, you will work to help the largest banks, crypto exchanges, crypto wallets and fastest growing fintechs to sign, launch and grow the latest and greatest Visa Crypto solutions. Today many of these companies are leveraging Visa to help power their fiat payment solutions globally. In this role, you will act both as a business development executive and as a product liaison to the aforementioned partners to launch Visa's latest crypto based solutions. This will require understanding the client's business goals and objectives, providing information and direction to partners, ensuring that the client's contractual commitments are met, and resolving issues clients may face. This position requires strong client management skills and analytical abilities. An ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to handle complex deals and partners in a high growth environment and manage ambiguous situations with nuance.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with clients to identify strategic opportunities, manage complex assignments, and sign new partnership deals around our crypto solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources and project manage to accomplish Visa and client objectives as well as ensure that the client perspective is represented within the organization.
  • Represent the client's and account management's needs on the product roadmap by providing business requirements and prioritization and communicating roadmap back to the client.
  • Research and resolve client issues by utilizing internal platforms and collaborate with internal partners to facilitate resolution.
  • Grow the business by identifying new prospects that should leverage our services.
  • Determine courses of action for crypto initiatives and cross-client goals, working cross-functionality with groups like legal, treasury, compliance, privacy, product, data science, and regulatory.
  • Stay current with crypto industry and client trends and maintain a working knowledge of Visa products and services.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 0 years relevant work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • BS/BA with a concentration in a business, data analytics and/or technology discipline
  • 2+ years in the emerging payments and/or crypto solution vertical.
  • Proven track record of signing and launching new partnerships that grow your organization's revenue.
Additional Information

Work Authorization: Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500.00 to 200,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
